Resolite CR (FS25A) Opaque is a robust panel of fiberglass-reinforced polymer (FRP) with high strength and a UL 25 flame rating.

The resilient Resolite CR opaque sheet was specifically developed for high-specification industrial roofing and walls. Available in Series 30 (30% fiberglass) and Series 40 (40% fiberglass), with a wide range of types from 840 (8 ounces/square foot nominal) to 1440 (14 ounces/square foot nominal).

Resolite is our high-specification opaque sheet that includes a C/W barrier protection (optional in Series 30). It reduces maintenance and extends the life of the construction, meeting the ASTM D3841 standard for outstanding performance and backed by over 50 years of experience. Opaque Resolite is resistant to highly corrosive environments and flame-retardant for increased safety.

Resolite CR (FS25A) Opaque is a strong fiberglass-reinforced polymer (FRP) sheet with a UL 25 flame rating. The resilient Resolite CR opaque sheet was specifically developed for high-specification industrial roofing and walls. Available in Series 30 (30% fiberglass) and Series 40 (40% fiberglass), along with a wide variety of types from 840 (8 ounces/square foot nominal) to 1440 (14 ounces/square foot nominal). Series 30 features the C/W barrier, available as an option on both exterior and interior surfaces. The C/W barrier is a high-range solution to enhance weathering resistance of FRP laminates and is far superior to highly volatile spray-applied coatings that erode and disappear quickly. Resolite takes corrosion resistance and good weather resistance a step further, providing a C/W barrier as a standard on the exterior and interior surfaces of Series ’40’ laminates. The C/W barrier is a high-range solution to improve weather resistance of FRP laminates and is far superior to highly volatile spray-applied coatings that erode and disappear quickly.

Applications

The unique balance provided by Resolite in multiple fiberglass reinforcements with isophthalic polyester resins allows for designs that maximize both on-site laminate performance and load capacity without sacrificing functional requirements.
