Pultrux plastic profiles can replace steel in secondary construction structures. With a composition of fiberglass and polyester, they weigh 25% less* and withstand 70%** of the load compared to commercial steel. They tolerate electrical loads greater than 25,000 volts in AC current, and common industrial chemicals do not affect their properties. Pultrux plastic profiles do not require painting or maintenance, are quicker to assemble, and do not need special tools or equipment for installation.
Pultrux plastic profiles are excellent for manufacturing tools, (industrial & residential) stairs, and signaling elements. Resistant to corrosion, they provide electrical and thermal insulation. These plastic profiles are resistant to corrosive, acidic, saline, alkaline, and electrochemical corrosion environments. They do not require painting, as the product color is integrated into the material.
